At Tiny Adventure Dogs, our goal is to provide a safe, gentle and enriching daycare experience designed specifically for small dogs. To ensure the wellbeing of all dogs, the following policies apply:

 

Small Dogs Only

Our daycare is designed for small breed dogs under 22lbs (10kg) to maintain a safe and comfortable group environment.

 

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on their DA2PP, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required prior to your dog’s first visit.

 

Health & Wellness

Dogs must be healthy and symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending daycare. Please keep your dog home if they show signs of coughing, sneezing, vomiting or diarrhea, eye or nasal discharge, lethargy or fever, fleas, ticks or other parasites. Dogs sent home due to illness may require veterinary clearance before returning.

 

Temperament & Social Behaviour

All dogs must be friendly and comfortable around people and other dogs. A 2 hour meet and greet session will be required prior to booking your dog in for daycare. For the safety of the group, dogs displaying ongoing stress, aggression, or unsafe behaviour may not be suitable for daycare.

 

Spay/Neuter

Intact dogs may be accepted at management’s discretion. Females in heat are not permitted.

 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Daycare operates during scheduled hours only. Late pickups are subject to additional fees. Please arrive within your scheduled time window.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

Advance notice of 24 hours is required for schedule changes or cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee.

 

Emergency Care

In the event of illness or injury, you authorize Tiny Adventure Dogs to seek veterinary care if necessary. Owners are responsible for any associated veterinary costs.

 

Harness & Leash

All dogs arriving at the daycare will need to be wearing an appropriate harness and leash.

 

Food, Medication & Personal Items

If your dog requires meals or medication during the day, please provide clearly labeled instructions. Personal items are not recommended to be brought into the daycare.

 

Outdoor Activity

Dogs participate in daily on-leash outdoor walks and fresh-air time, rain or shine. Please provide appropriate gear if your dog requires a coat or booties.

 

Photos & Social Media

We love sharing our adventures! By attending daycare, you consent to photos or videos of your dog being used for social media or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

 

Payment

Payment is required at time of service. Outstanding balances may result in paused services.

 

Safety First

While every precaution is taken to provide a safe and supervised environment, participation in group daycare involves inherent risks associated with dog play and social interaction.

 

Waiver Requirement

For the safety and protection of all clients, an e-signed Tiny Adventure Dogs Waiver and Consent Form is required before your dog’s first visit.
